EngRx offers a growing range of engineered products for various industrial applications with a current focus on specialty products used to service industrial leak repair. Developed and designed to the high quality standards, our engineered products will meet demanding service requirements.
PIPE CRIMPERS
Pipe crimping is a method to prevent or restrict flow through a pipe by pinching the pipe such that it permanently deforms, thereby reducing the flow area within the pipe. Pipe or tubing larger than 4 NPS, or pipe in which the ductility of the material is an issue, should not be crimped. A Pipe Crimper should be used when crimping to evenly compress the pipe and prevent cracking or splitting at the fold, which has the potential to cause damage or injure personnel. All Pipe crimper models provided by EngRx conform to ASME article 313, Crimping of Metallic Pipe. Crimpers are offered with a capacity of 25/30 Tons or 55 Tons in sandwich mount or under mount variations.
INJECTION VALVES – ON-LINE LEAK REPAIR
EngRx designs and manufactures precision injection valves capable of withstanding extreme pressure ratings. Each valve is engineered for both performance and safety. EngRx On-Line Leak Repair Injectors feature low pass-by to ensure safe installation and operation. Fully engineered in compliance to ASME code, all EngRx injectors are manufactured under a registered pressure fitting quality program and are 100% inspected. Injectors are shipped with a Certificate of Conformance and are traceable back to material and manufacturing records.
ELBOW SLEEVES – WELD-ON STYLE
EngRx has developed a line of steel repair sleeves for standard butt weld elbow type fittings. The sleeve is a pressure retaining weld-on type, similar to “Type B” straight line repair sleeves. The purpose of the sleeve is to repair defects consistent with in-service piping elbows, such as internal/external erosion & corrosion, dents, gouges, pinholes, or weld defects. The sleeves are designed to be installed while the damaged line is active or live.
